| Research Experience: | AUV Engineering Trial in Fram Straight in Support of the Gakkel Ridge Expedition |
| Research Objectives: | To conduct initial tests of remotely operated vehicles and other equipment that will be used on a cruise that will investigate the geological and oceanographic features of the Gakkel Ridge in the central Arctic Ocean. The engineering trial cruise will be conducted aboard the Swedish Icebreaker ODEN. |
